It is very common for patients to have excess adipose tissue in the supra pubic region. This results in a penis visually being observed shorter than it is. The "buried penis" or "sunken penis" is not only seen in obese patients and is caused by issues of genetic fat deposition.  In patients where the amount of fat is lower we can carry out the procedure with traditional liposuction, but patients with a greater degree of complexity suggest using VASER liposuction. This allows the extraction of only fat respecting the architecture of the tissues. The result is an aesthetic improvement with greater length in appearance of the penis.
